We do this utilizing a team with experienced backgrounds in agricultural equipment, heavy duty recycling equipment, and mobile handling equipment. ROLE: Painting and Blasting of equipment and assist in the Assembly of various pieces of equipment POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep a clean and organized work environment. Receive and communicate essential information, coordinate actions, obtain input, review open issues and action items, and contribute information to the team. Maintain shop equipment as needed for a safe working environment. Painting and Blasting of Equipment and machine products. Effectively manage an area in the shop and work well with others COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Able to follow instructions and the ability to be trained A sense of urgency and self-motivation Able to participate in a group planning environment Able to perform basic tasks including measuring, milling, and cutting with shop tools Ability to read blueprints and recognize symbols and specifications Both verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems Willing to work in the cold, dusty, and uncomfortable conditions Able to bend, stoop, kneel, lift, walk and perform repetitious movement Able to lift 30-40lbs, and not to exceed 50lbs COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Competitive Compensation DOE Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions available after 60 days of employment PTO Paid Holidays 401K options Discount for gym membership available to employees and their families MORE ABOUT OUR COMPANY: Founded in 2015, Source Engineering is a family owned and operated business designed to engineer and build quality equipment.
