Our Certified Yoga Instructor, DayJah, Embarks on a journey to connect us with our breath and body. Guiding us through movement that release tension & stress. Join us on Self-care Sunday at 12 pm, where we learn about the benefits of combining ancient movements to further your wellness practice. You'll experience a lite and gentle flow as we stretch different sections of our bodies.. Have inflammation? Life Gardening Tools Health and Wellness store is sponsoring this event. Come try their pain balms and other natural remedies for optimal flow. No previous experience necessary. Class takes place at American Pride Martial Arts Gym. Please bring your own yoga mat and towel. Sound Bowls and Chakra Tuning Forks will be available for you to use as part of your ticket.
