The MarineMax - Sail and Ski Center, a nationally recognized award-winning high volume boat dealership and service center, is seeking hard working and motivated individuals for Detail Technician positions available at our 183/McNeil location in Austin. About the Job: • Work hours are 9am-6pm, Monday through Saturday. Rain or shine. Be prepared to work outside in the elements. • On the job duties include washing, waxing and deep cleaning boats and assisting with lifting and moving boats around our lot as well as in and out of our showroom. • Other duties may include lot upkeep, boat transportation, assisting customers with specific needs, maintaining our building and facility and helping out all other departments in many different capacities. • No experience necessary for the right indiviual. We provide on the job training and dedicate time and energy to educating our employees. • Starting pay is based on experience - $13-$15 per hour with 60 day probationary period and many opportunities for advancement • Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life,401(k), AD&D, employee discounts, and paid holidays. Qualifications • You’ll be a great fit for this job if you are eager to work, have a strong work ethic, and a great attitude • Valid drivers license is strongly preferred • Punctual, reliable applicants who can commit to a 5-6 day work week including Saturdays are strongly preferred.
