Caregiver/Companion Needed - 3 days a week

I'd like to find a caregiver/companion for a man with Alzheimer's every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays from 9a - 2p. He is still able to take care of his ADL's but will need someone to cook his meals and hang out with him to make sure he doesn't leave the house and doesn't fall. Help him with little odds and ends around the house. Must have experience working with Dementia/Alzheimer's, have reliable transportation and pass a background check.
