SEATTLE — Google its 21st annual "Year in Search" report Wednesday, chronicling the top trends across the United States and around the globe in 2021. Overall, some of this year's patterns reflected the evolving pandemic, as searches about where to find COVID-19 vaccines overtook testing for the top spot in the "near me" section.
