NEWTOWN, CT — A woman's ring was found and turned over to Newtown police Tuesday, and the department is hoping to find its owner. The ring was found outside of the Blue Nail Spa and Salon on South Main Street. "Anyone missing a ring can come to the Newtown Police Department and provide a description to have it returned," police said.
