RENTON, WA — A two-vehicle crash along Benson Road South left one driver dead and another with serious injuries Monday night in Renton. First responders rushed to the scene shortly before 9:30 p.m., finding one of the drivers trapped, according to police. Photos shared on social media showed one car with extreme front-end damage. UPDATE: This is now a fatality investigation; one driver deceased; one driver transported to hospital with serious injuries.
