Cynthia MSPRITY Gooding and Jandie Smith Turner. Cynthia MSPRITY Gooding is a serial entrepreneur whose first love is entertaining. Through girlfriend socialization events she merges fashion, health, wealth and wellness throughout her events. She believes social equity is of highest value as this feeling is palpable amongst attendees. Curating a culture of "you can sit with us", her events are always fun, energetic and memorable. Jandie Smith Turner, CEO of Acuity International, founded Acuity Sports in 2003 after more than 20 years in the business management and consulting industry.  What started out as fun golf outings for athletically inclined friends who liked to play golf in Baltimore has turned into a niche around golf event planning that has spread throughout the world.  Over the years, golf event management has blossomed into a full service, boutique event management company that serves associations, non-profits and corporate clients around the world, Acuity International, LLC (dba Acuity Events).     A veteran of management consulting for standouts Booz Allen & Hamilton and Gemini Consulting, Jandie founded Ensightful Management Consulting and was perfectly happy running that business until the golf bug bit her.  Jandie believes that golf is a tool that should be in every business person’s toolkit, and when used correctly, this challenging sport not only teaches life lessons, it helps her clients succeed.
