Hi there-- Kind of have two separate things going on that I can use help with-- 1) Construction stuff-- waterproofing, exterior siding, roof repairs (skylights), painting, installing windows, waterproofing and cutting old stucco / replacing with siding. $25hr for construction work. $30 an hour if you're really fast, have your own tools and can pick up supplies with a truck / also if you can get a contractor price on anything that is a bonus as well. 2) household chores and cleaning help around the house.
