Summary of Job: A comfort advisor is a sales position at an HVAC company. As a comfort advisor, you develop marketing strategies to reach new customers and maintain relationships with current customers to determine any other needs. You contact customers over the phone and may travel to their homes to present HVAC packages that fit their home and budget. There are no formal education requirements to become a comfort advisor, but most employees prefer candidates with sales experience. Responsibilities Include: -Repair all aspects of HVAC systems (Airflow, mechanical, design), utilizing a company vehicle. -Educate clients on their system and complete system requirements. -Complete paperwork for each job, including daily time. -Record all materials used and return unused material to warehouse. -Other duties as assigned that involves: Heating Install, Replacement - AC Install, Duct Install, Zone Control System Install Qualifications: -2 years experience in Sales and or HVAC and Insulation. -Good organizational skills -Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends as required -Punctuality and reliability -Ability to climb ladders -Positive attitude. -Great work ethic -Must maintain a valid driver’s license -Must pass a background check -Residential and Light Commercial Physical Demands -Able to work at heights of 10 feet or more. -Able to consistently lift over 50lbs, push, kneel, crouch and reach while installing products. -Able to work on feet all day. - valid driver's license. - Should have his own tools. -Able to work in small area's (Crawl space & Attic) Job Type: -Full Time - Overtime As Required -Year Round Work -Salary starting pay from 100,000-250,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity for a raise -Commission paid on all sales. -Benefits: Medical Insurance - Paid vacations to performers -GROWTH POTENTIAL
