NEWARK, NJ — A Newark store sold a lottery ticket worth $20,000 for the Mega Millions drawing on Tuesday, Dec. 7. According to the New Jersey Lottery, two third-tier prizewinning tickets were sold for the drawing, matching four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball, winning a $10,000 prize. One of those tickets was purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $20,000. That ticket was sold at Maloco Liquors on Chestnut Street in Newark. The winning numbers for the Tuesday, December 7, drawing were: 01, 07, 40, 43, and 68. The Gold Mega Ball was 01, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 02.
