Found chicken by the Lime Ridge Open Space

Found a chicken, with a possibly injured leg that appears to have gotten out of someone's Chicken coop. The chicken was found near the entrance to Lime ridge open space and hiding in the bushes of 3625 Perada Dr, Walnut Creek, CA 94598 Please contact me if this is your chicken or you know whose chicken it is. I have the chicken safe and in kennel with blanket, food and water.
