It has launched a campaign in partnership with Zero Waste Marin promoting gifts that can be experienced as opposed to the ones that come in boxes that before long will end up in the landfill. This holiday season, Zero Waste Marin and the City of San Rafael are encouraging residents to consider giving "Gifts of Great Memories".
