The Lumineers Return To Bergen County Roots For Latest Video

RAMSEY, NJ — The Lumineers have released music which has taken them around the world many times over, but for the latest single off their upcoming album, they decided it'd be best to bring things closer to home. "A.M. RADIO" is the band's latest single, off their upcoming album "Brightside", which is due out in January. A video for the song was released on Tuesday, and the location for the shoot is probably familiar to many in Bergen County. "We shot this music video at our old high school in Ramsey, NJ," Jeremiah Fraites said, on Instagram. "I spent a lot of time daydreaming there about making music one day, but had no idea about a decade later it'd actually come into fruition." Fraites completed his education there in 2001, while Schultz graduated in 2003. Paying homage to those early music roots struck a chord with the band. "This video made me tear up the first time I watched it," Fraites said. The band gained mass-awareness with their song "Ho Hey", which has amassed over 268 million views on YouTube, and reached the third spot on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2012. "Brightside", a single off the upcoming album of the same name, topped the Adult Alternative Airplay chart upon its release in November. Watch their latest video below:
