NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING VAPSTAT JOINT MEETING The Louisville and Jefferson County Landbank Authority, Inc. ("Landbank") will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. In light of the pending states of emergency declared by federal, state, and local Chief Executives due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the various directives and guidance issued in connection with those emergency declarations, the meeting will be held as a video teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.826. Members of the board will participate virtually from their homes or place of employment.
