Seeking Full Time Maintenance Supervisor! Bieck Management is seeking a talented and motivated Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities will include: - Property maintenance and general upkeep of apartments - Must be on call "24 hours" for emergencies - Follow the management companies policies and procedures - Maintain strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service - Schedule and assist vendors - Ensure all vacant apartments are prepared in a timely fashion to our high standards - Respond to resident requests and work orders (plumbing, electrical and general maintenance issues) in a timely manner Skills/Qualifications: -Experience in HVAC, plumbing, minor electric, painting and drywall repair - Excellent customer service skills - High level of organization and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure - Strong time management skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Self motivation and self-direction - Ability to work with and without direct supervision - Ideal candidate will have general maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD SEND RESUMES TO [email protected]
