Brady Tomlinson, 46, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to one count of introducing a misbranded drug into interstate commerce with the intent to defraud or mislead, according to a U.S. Department of Justice news release. (The Gazette)The second of two white men from Des Moines who pleaded guilty to hate crime charges for assaulting a Black man was sentenced to five years probation on Wednesday. Robert Shelton, 50, and Joseph Rossing, 35, were charged with assault in violation of individual rights causing bodily injury.
