Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/07/2021 9:30 AM 12/6/21   2021-3457, Criminal Trespass to Real Property:  On 12/6/21 at 5:14 a.m., Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 5000 block of Minkler Road, Bristol Township, for a report of trespass to property. During the investigation, Shelly Hoisington, a 42-year-old female from the 3100 block of Railroad Street, Sandwich was located on the property and charged with criminal trespass to real property.  Hoisington was cited and released on her own recognizance.     2021-3463, Cruelty to Animal:  On 12/6/21 at 1:28 p.m., sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the 16000 block of Church Road, Lisbon Township for a report of cruelty to animal.  The incident is under investigation. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
