IMMEDIATE HIRING!!! Fast paced HVAC company is looking for finish installers. Job Duties • Installation of HVAC equipment; thermostats, grilles/registers, tankless water heaters and bath fans in residential new construction homes. • Correct inspection issues • Fire off furnaces • Communicate with Field Supervisor to resolve any installation issues to ensure that HVAC equipment works and performs as designed, meets the requirements of applicable standards or building codes, and is fully functional. • Work in a professional and effective manner with builder representatives. • Having the company’s best interests in mind by utilizing materials with minimal waste. • Complete installations the first time and leave the job site clean. Qualifications • Desire to exceed customer expectations through excellent customer service skills. • Self-motivated and driven to get the job done to the best of their ability. • Observe all company safety rules, policies, and procedures. • Ability and knowledge to use hand and power tools properly. • Reliable • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. • Must have a Valid Drivers License, clean MVR report and at least 21 years old.
