MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Authorities in Bucks County reiterating their calls to the public for assistance in an unsolved murder case as the year anniversary of the incident approaches.
On Friday, Dec. 10, 2020, Philadelphia's Christopher M. Wilson was waiting to start his shift at a recycling facility in Middletown Township.
It was at around 5:45 a.m. at the Kuusakoski, Inc. facility, located on Route 213 and Wheeler way, when he was shot dead by an unknown gunman, police said.
At the time, the ensuing investigation revealed few details. Wilson was shot several times. Police believe he was "specifically targeted." And when police arrived on the scene, co-workers were there offering aid. Wilson was pronounced dead on the scene.
However, information about what may have led to the shooting remained scarce.
On Friday, police will be on site at the recycling facility handing out flyers and asking individuals for more information. It's part of a larger campaign to gain public assistance in the investigation.
