We are looking to hire a new office assistant for a small independantly-owned auto repair shop in North Boulder. We are looking to hire immediately with some part time training through December, and the job is a full-time position beginning Monday, January 3rd. Hours are M-F 9:30-5:30. For the right person, there could be some flexibilty with the scheudle.
Customer service and admin skills required. Auto industry experience and/or knowledge about and interest in cars is a plus but is not required.
Work responsibilties includes: booking appointments, customer communications, filing paperwork, ordering and returning parts as needed, making estimates, mailing bills.
