UPDATE: Phone service has been restored for Strongsville Schools buildings. STRONGSVILLE, OH — A regional Spectrum outage has knocked out phone service at the Strongsville Schools. All district buildings are unable to receive or place phone calls, the Strongsville Schools said in a statement. It's not yet clear when phone service may return.
