We are Vinebrook Homes. We buy single family houses, and fix and rent them. We currently have 100 vacant houses that need work in the Columbia area. We are not looking for highly skilled carpenters. We do not do high quality work. Most of the work is painting, installing light fixtures, hanging blinds, removing debris, yardwork and anything else that needs to be done to get the house rent ready. This is a great job if you are an experienced laborer who wants a nice bump in pay. This is a subcontractor position. You can repair one house or hundreds of houses for us. You can work full time or part time. Pay is by the job. We give you the scope of work and tell you what we will pay you to perform the scope. We bid jobs at a labor rate of $25/hour. If you are quick and efficient you can make much more. Tools, transportation and cell phone required. We are currently completing 10 houses per month and need to complete more. We are professionals and are very good at what we do. If you're unable to be a responsible and reliable contractor please do not apply.
