Small, skittish brown chi/terrier mix with wiry hair. Slipped his collar, panicked and ran. Last seen around 6th Ave and York Street. He is chipped. Hard to grab and may lash out in a panic if cornered. Maybe throw a blanket over him if you try to grab him. Very sweet when calm.
