Hi, Looking for a skilled drummer to join our band. We play original music with a couple covers sprinkled in. The sound is kind of an alternative rock with some stoner rock mixed in. Our old drummer moved out of town and we're looking to fill that void. We have about 10-15 originals and a handful of others we've been kicking around. We have great gear and recording capabilities. Some influences to give you an idea of what we like: QOTSA, Pumpkins, Pearl Jam, Rush, Zeppelin. Not worried if you don't have the same influences, more interested that you dig our stuff and like what we play. We aren't looking to play out right away, want to tighten the material up first and then eventually play out locally. We're in our 30's and 40's have normal jobs, no bad habits, and families so we have to be accommodating to that. Practice weeknights or on the weekends depending on schedules. Current lineup is guitar/vocals and bass though we're interested in bringing in a second guitar player to compliment our sound and to add a little more complexity to our music.
