DETROIT — An overturned semi truck closed the northbound lanes of the Southfield Freeway at Joy Road Wednesday morning, the Michigan Department of Transportation said. WWJ News Analyst Charlie Leighton said the accident happened around 4:00 a.m. and it's unclear what caused the accident. Officials didn't report any injuries in the accident and other impacted cars. No other details have been provided at this time.
