Bourbon Boulevard Steakhouse is a connoisseur's paradise for bourbon, whiskey and high end steak. We're also one of the only venues for live music in the Chantilly area and it's been keeping us very busy. The holiday season has been exceptionally busy despite the pandemic and winter season and we need more staff to handle the traffic. We're hiring immediately, temporary to permanent, for most positions in both the front of house and kitchen. IF YOU NEED CASH THIS WEEK this is a great opportunity to show us your work ethic shift to shift as an "audition" for full time employment. We're looking for: Servers and Bartenders: Experience preferred BUT NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. If you're a great "people person" then our training program will give you the skills you need to be successful. Our server's and bartenders average about $20-$30 an hour after tipping out the back staff. What we like to see is people with great attitudes. Hosts, Food Runners and Bar-Backs: ARE YOU A STUDENT LOOKING FOR PART-TIME EVENING WORK? Hosts and back-staff start at $13/hr. Experience isn't necessary. What we're looking for are people with bright attitudes who like being helpful to our customers and their fellow staff. Strong teams make the work fun and easy. Cooks, Fryers and Kitchen Staff: Our American Steakhouse menu focuses on great ingredients, sauces and dishes make from scratch and consistency. Salary is $12-20/hr depending on experience.
