Route Helper/Loader Infinite Disposal is our newest branch of a family-owned local business that has been serving Teller County and surrounding areas for more than 25 years. We are currently seeking to fill positions for full time Residential and Commercial Route helpers/loaders. Please consider joining our team! Job Summary Route loaders are responsible for safely picking up and slinging garbage from refuse cans to garbage trucks and ensuring that it reaches garbage disposal areas in a proper and timely manner. The work of an individual working at this position is purely physical, which means that it is essential to possess great physical agility and dexterity. Qualifications Ability to perform a physically demanding job Ability to lift, push or pull objects over 50 pounds Ability to run route with or without a helper Ability to pass a DOT drug and Alcohol test Responsibilities Provide excellent Customer Service Ability to operate a tablet Ability to read write and comprehend instructions from dispatch Be able to follow instructions, read maps and navigate trucks Timely and punctual Assist Driver on Maneuvering a truck Salary $18.00- $22.00 an hour Full Benefits Package to Include: 100% Medical coverage for the employee after 60 days Up to 3%match on IRA after 60 days $25,000 life insurance policy after 60 days Please email Resume and cover letter
