Offering substantial finder's fee

When a movie, tv show or commercial is filmed at my house (and there have been several) they pay me a significant fee of as much as $5,000 per day, paid upfront. I'm willing to share that location fee (25% of first day's shoot) with anyone who brings me the gig. As an example, if they pay $4,000, you get $1,000 upfront.
