Full time position available, for a dependable person with good work habits to help maintain a Class A Self Storage Facility and to deliver Portable Storage Units.
Monday thru Friday 9 to 6 with a lunch hour and some Saturdays.
Responsibilities include:
Learning to load and unload portable storage units and safely deliver.
General cleaning of the facility property, vacuuming hallways, wiping down doors, removing trash, bathrooms.
General repair, replacing light bulbs, door weather stripping, painting.
Must be able to lift light loads, less than 50 lbs.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation to get to work, a valid drivers license (CDL preferred but not required), references.
Clean drug screen and background check required.
