PRV - plumbing problem

I need someone to replace my Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV) which regulates the water pressure to the house. It is in a box next to the street. Easy access. I had the Water District go by and check on it. They said it was reading about 150 pressure when it should be at about 90. So it is flowing way too fast. They said that it is probably going out but not sure... but they are real easy to replace. I have photos of the box but NOT the regulator. The water line to the PRV is either 1/2 inch or next size down. The PRV itself is $54 and $59 at Home Depot. I will pay for the part if you can stop by either the Lakeway location or 4points and pick it up. I could have it waiting for you in the front... if you want to save time. I called and it is on Isle 8, bay 16. I can't pay you what a real plumber charges so please give me your best bid. And please leave a phone number. Need this done asap. Thanks
