Welsummers chickens are a rare, sweet and docile breed, and this one is no exception. He is very sweet and cooperative. I intended to keep him, but once I added him to my flock, the other roosters crowed so much that my neighbor complained. So I can’t keep him. But I want him to go to a loving home. And you could raise some rare and sweet chics if you have a Welsummer hen! His hatch date is Aug 20, 2021, so he is over 3 months old. He hasn’t crowed yet but he has tried to mate with my Silkies.
