Must have an active drivers license and a car for transportation daily Requirements: Unrestricted lifting ability, must have construction remodeling experience & your own tools, ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl. Looking for a qualified construction crew leader with leadership abilities that takes pride in their work and co-workers. Responsibilities: travel to job sites (including metro Detroit), demo, install/test working electrical & plumbing, clean up after completion, problem solve, direct & guide & teach general laborers to assist job site requirements Work Monday - Friday 9-5, year round work.
