Airbnb house to be cleaned regularly

In need of a thorough cleaner(s) to clean an Airbnb home after every booked customer leaves. Must be very thorough because customers expect the house they rent to be completely clean, anything not up to par will result in the loss of money for me. Must be able to clean somewhat fast. The least amount of time in between bookings is 4 hours (10am checkout-2pm check in) The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath and about 1600sq ft. Any questions can be emailed to this posting through CL.
