Job Type: Full-time Performing preventive maintenance procedures throughout the Terravita Country Club property located in North Scottsdale. Terravita is managed by the Troon organization and affords its employees with numerous opportunities for advancement across its multiple properties. Duties include: • Responding to property requests regarding repairs and projects. • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, HVAC, irrigation, plumbing and commercial appliances. • Maintaining the grounds and amenities to the standards of a private club that people are proud to call home. • Group function and event set-ups Prior building maintenance and skillset required. Experience in the hospitality or related atmosphere is a plus
