I know this is a long shot but I’m a published poet looking to make a transition into the music world. I would like to establish a working relationship with a singer/songwriter or a local band and help write lyrics for new songs. Please note that I’m not a singer or musician myself. I just feel like someone who has a lot of stuff in my head waiting to come out. You could certainly bounce ideas off of me. I have a small catalog of songs already written and could easily tweak anything to fit your band’s style. I can write anything except country and rap since I don’t have an ear for those styles.
