Maintenance Position

Description

Full time maintenance person needed to respond to tenant service requests and perform repairs in areas of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and handyman services. Employee will maintain and oversee properties exterior grounds, including but not limited to litter pick up, sweeping sidewalks, shoveling snow and salting. Work schedule, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. with rotating on-call schedule. Please email resume with contact information for review and consideration.
