Titan Solar Power is seeking to hire immediately, hard-working Solar Installers to join our team! You Have • Experience working with residential rooftop solar panels • Residential roofing/construction experience • Reliability and an excellent, positive attitude • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment • Ability to work in extreme environments such as hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc. • Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, etc. • Ability to work at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs • Ability to perform repetitious duties including lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending and standing for long periods of time • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality end-product possible • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug screen • A valid driver’s license Responsibilities • Pull materials for each installation job • Layout assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardware • Assist with the electrical wiring of all energy products • Prepare and clean-up job site • Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the process • Represent as a field contact for the customer Compensation and Benefits • $18 - $23/hr • Paid Training • Health, Dental and Vision • 401k • PTO / Vacation If this opportunity excites you and you feel you meet the general requirements, please apply today and we will respond to your application within 24 hours.
