We need a handy person for a Property management company to work full time Monday - Saturday in the Culver City, Palm Mar Vista, Hollywood Area. Candidate must be able to: 1 - follow directions, follow a check list and take photos of all work performed 2- Repair and trouble shoot garbage disposals 3- Replace light bulbs 4- Install hardwired smoke detectors 5- Fix leaky faucets 6- Fix running toilets 7- Change shower heads 8- Patch and repair drywall 9- Paint and touch up 10- Install light fixtures 11- Install/ replace bathroom vents 12- Change quickset locks 13- Install window screens 14- Fix and troubleshoot leaky sprinklers 15 - Caulc shower and bath 16 - Hang pictures 17 - Knock down spider webs and 18-clean common areas 19- Gardening 20- Irrigation systems 21- Inventory management 22- Assemble furniture 23- Set up Roku tv 24- Hang pictures 25- Adjust doors to self close Please email us your experience and availability if interested.
