Rehoming Bearded Dragon + bioactive setup

I'm moving and I need to find a new home for my 8 months-old bearded dragon. He's super chill and was bought from a local breeder, not from Petco or PetSmart. The bioactive setup has the ideal UVB and heater, proper substrate, hide and some objects like you can see in the picture, hygrometer, thermometer, and colonies of clean-up crew. Also, I'm selling with the bundle a digital thermometer and hygrometer, a dehumidifier, a feeding tongue, a dropper, and a calcium supplement (around 70% full). The tank with everything else included is $150 and there's a rehoming fee of $70 for the bearded dragon. PS1: There's a small burn on the lid of the tank but there's a black tape and it doesn't change anything of how it looks or the functionality of it/ PS2: In the picture, there's a gap between the lid and the tank and that's because I was handling him right before the picture and I left the lid open for the picture.
