I need someone to help keep me motivated on my weight loss journey. I am 44, not as active as I should be, and I am tired of living this way. I want to make a change and would like a friend through this. I would prefer male and 35 or older. Perhaps while it is winter mall walking or other indoor activities would be best, but once the weather turns nice walking at parks would be a good idea.
Open to ideas too.
