Plumber needed To install main shut off water valve

I manage a building five apartment two storefronts and Park Avenue. Can’t shut off the water to the entire building globe valve near meter won’t shut down all the way. I need someone who can shut off the meter valve near the sidewalk and replace the 3/4” valve inside. There is more work in the same basement if you want it, but I need this valve done very soon.
