I need someone that lives in Duncan Oklahoma to go to properties I may buy in Duncan. I live in Denver and need someone in Duncan that can takes as many as 50 good pictures, using a cell phone is fine, so that I have a great idea of what the property is worth.
I will also need other small errands such as putting a lock box on the door, putting for sale signs in the yard. I will send these to you. I have learned that PayPal is a good way to pay. Minimum $25.00 per job.
If you can do light rehab work we may have additional work and pay.
