MUST be able to work in extremely cold temperatures of 15° to 15 below zero Must ensure that the correct quantity and product types are being selected to meet the company’s productivity standards Selectors must work quickly and efficiently, in addition to maintaining the accuracy of the orders. Must have slip resistant shoes or rain boots work well also Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or more Able to squat, bend, stoop, push, pull, kneel, and reach BG Friendly however no sexual or violent offenses will be considered and all cases must be at least 5 years old *AFTER 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PAY INCREASE IF PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS ARE MET
