Hello! We are two families looking for a full time, long-term nanny share for our 4 month old, 9 month old and almost 3 year old. The 3 year old will be in preschool most of the time so it will mainly be the two babies. The ideal person has a background in child development and has experience with both babies and toddlers. We would like you to actively engage with our children, provide structure and consistency in their schedules and do the following tasks: organize creative activities and educational games (we will get you whatever you need!), make sure they get outside regularly, make time for reading and songs, and help with feeding and nap time. An understanding of the Montessori philosophy and proficiency in a second language is a plus but not required.
We also would like some flexibility in hours, have your own transportation and be willing to offer some early morning childcare 1-2x per week (starting at 6:30 AM). Typical hours will be 8 AM or 9 AM - 5:00 PM.
We are looking for full time care to begin as soon as December 27th
