We have a (used, in very good condition) Lucky Dog brand 42 inch crate with an unused brand new kennel bed/mat. It has two doors and a divider, so it is great for training and can grow with your dog. We are asking for $65 for both the crate and mat. The crate's original cost is over $150 and the mat was $20.
