ROLE: The Warehouse Team Member drives flow of product through our warehouse in warehousing new inventory, and picking, loading, packaging, and staging doors and related products for our customers. If you have experience in warehouse operations, distribution, receiving, shipping, assembly, inventory, manufacturing, and forklift driving, your experience is relevant to this position. HOURS: Swing Shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM. RESPONSIBILITIES: Stock all warehouse bins. Assist in the cycle count process. Prepare customer orders by pulling and packaging products per branch SOP. Prepares and packages intercompany product transfers. Deliver completed orders to assigned staging area. Load customer will call orders. Identify damaged, lost or missing product and notify supervisor immediately. CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years of successful warehouse experience required. Reach truck/lift experience. We are a narrow-aisle forklift environment and use forward-facing stand-up reach forklifts, order pickers, and sit-down. Experience loading and packaging palletized freight, preferred. Able to stand (8-9 hrs per day), walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.. Able to regularly lift/move/manipulate up to 70 pounds, and occasionally lift door units up 100 pounds. Able to pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour, depending on experience. Plus $1.00 per hour shift differential pay. Multiple raises available in first year.
