SLE, Inc. is currently looking for a motivated labors to work on our new residential projects in Clark County and the Portland Metro area. We have local projects and offer competitive wages and benefits. This position has growth potential, as we are looking for someone who wants steady, long term employment helping with residential jobs. Department: Field Crew Reports to: Foreman Job Purpose A laborer is expected to assist foremen and operators to complete jobs. Work as a team and support decisions made by the foreman, superintendent, and the company. Work efficiently and perform high quality work. Shed a positive light on the company by being respectful and productive on the jobsite. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Assist operators and foremen on the jobsite 2. General labor tasks include: a. Shoveling b. Pipe Laying c. Grade Checking d. Running Compactors Job Requirements and Qualifications 1. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions 2. Able to work well with others and independently 3. Have a positive attitude and be dependable 4. Have a strong motivation to work hard and to help the company move forward Working Environment 1.
