Onyx a 10 month old Pitbull

We have had him since he was 6 weeks old and is great with kids (kids 4 and 6), and has been pretty good with other dogs he gets excited around them. Our older dog has started to attack him in the last few days and we aren't sure what is going on and we just can't have that. Onyx has just laid down during the attacks and has shown no aggression. We really wish we could keep him, it would just not fair to either of them. His birth date is 02-28-2020, and he is awesome! He weighs 80lbs. He knows how to use a button that says "outside" and is potty trained. Would like someone that is knowledge about the breed and just has love to give. $150 rehoming fee he comes with a very large crate and waterer and bowl and bed. Treats and toys. Please tell me a little bit about your home (dogs, kids, yard). Thank you.
