Posting for a friend of the family who is trying to rehome her 10 month old Havanese X. Tilly Joy is fully vaccinated and spayed. She needs a home with kids or a more active household that can provide the exercise and time to work with her. The current owner is older and just overwhelmed with the energy level of the puppy and is unable to get out and work with the dog. Tilly is pad trained, but will go outside if given enough time.
